Hiring the hall is £17.00 per hour and must be hired for a minimum of 3 hours. We also offer packages over the weekend where you can hire midday to midnight on Saturdays for £230 and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sundays for £115.

Payment in full, including deposit, is required when booking using the online booking system.

You will have full access to the building and carpark, the garden area however is not our property and will require approval from the local parish council by contacting clerk@iwade-pc.gov.uk

There are kitchen facilities, toilets, seating and tables. We insist the building returned to its original state otherwise charges will be deducted from the deposit. 

Alcohol is allowed on site however the sale of alcohol, you, or the landlord operating the mobile bar, will need to provide evidence of a persona license and public liability insurance. Please respect our neighbours, be quiet and avoid any unnecessary disturbance when hiring during late evenings. 

Yes, a £100 deposit is required when hiring the hall. If you also require the garden area, an additional £100 will be requested upon approval from the parish council as we do not own this land. Please contact clerk@iwade-pc.gov.uk if you wish to also hire the garden.

There are 17 car park spaces, including 1 disabled space. Please note, these spaces can also be used as short stay (1 hour) spaces for residents and therefor are not solely reserved for events.

No. For health & safety, we cannot allow the use of smoke machines or bouncy castles on site, including the garden and car park areas.

As the hall is run entirly by volunteers, the website is not manned 24/7. Please expect replies within 7 days.
