How do I report Emergencies?
Please call 07376953890 if there is an issue with any of the facilities on site. If there is a medical emergency on site please dial 999.
When should I receive my deposit back?
Dependent on the checks, and whether any damage or cleanliness concerns are found, you will receive your deposit back within 2 weeks. If we do find damages or have to organise a cleaner, we will inform you via email.
What facilities are included?
You will have full access to the building and carpark, the garden area however is not our property and will require approval from the local parish council by contacting clerk@iwade-pc.gov.uk
There are kitchen facilities, toilets, seating and tables. We insist the building returned to its original state otherwise charges will be deducted from the deposit.
Is alcohol allowed on site?
Alcohol is allowed on site however the sale of alcohol, you, or the landlord operating the mobile bar, will need to provide evidence of a persona license and public liability insurance. Please respect our neighbours, be quiet and avoid any unnecessary disturbance when hiring during late evenings.
Are bouncy castles and/or smoke machines permitted?
No. For health & safety, we cannot allow the use of smoke machines or bouncy castles on site, including the garden and car park areas.
